Charcuterie is an artful arrangement of premium cured meats and gourmet cheeses, thoughtfully paired with fresh fruits, savory accompaniments, spreads like honey or jams, crackers, and a touch of something sweet. Traditionally served on a board or platter, it creates a beautiful balance of flavor, texture, and presentation that's perfect for entertaining, celebrating, or simply enjoying a curated experience.
Typical cheeses featured on charcuterie boards may include a variety of aged, soft, and specialty selections such as cheddar, gouda, gruyère, asiago, parmesan, manchego, brie, goat cheese, blue cheese, mozzarella, havarti, cream cheese, and pepper jack, depending on availability and curation.
Various cured and artisan meats may be featured on charcuterie boards, such as prosciutto, salami, soppressata, Genoa salami, and pepperoni, depending on availability and selection.
I ask that you allow a minimum of (2) business days for all charcuterie board orders. This allows me time to source the ingredients for your board to make sure I am giving you the very best high quality & fresh ingredients that are expected when purchasing a board from me. Rush order requests may be accommodated when time allows.
Food Safety & Serving Guidelines: Charcuterie boards should be refrigerated until approximately 30 minutes prior to serving. Once set out, boards should not remain at room temperature for more than 2 hours. For the health and safety of your guests, it is important to avoid extended exposure at room temperature, as meats and cheeses are perishable refrigerated items. On particularly warm days, we recommend limiting serving time to 90 minutes or less to reduce food safety risks.
